Bio: I am a PhD candidate at Monash University and a member of OzGrav and the LIGO collaboration.

Likes: Singing, papercrafting, making desserts and playing chess.

Fun fact: I’m an Aussie that can’t swim… the horror.

Contributions to Science: My research involves using gravitational waves to understand more about the populations of compact objects (my favourite being neutron stars, shhhh, don’t tell anyone, especially the black holes). From these studies we can see which astrophysics theories match our observations and we can start probe how these exotic objects formed.
